Hello, I’m Dr. Jaitly, a clinical psychologist specializing in individual therapy. I truly commend and respect every client who takes the courageous step to begin therapy. Seeking support is not always easy, and I believe that reaching out for help is an act of resilience and personal growth.
“We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know.” – Carl Rogers
My Background
I earned my doctoral degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I specialized in severe mental health. My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, providing a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, struggling with anxiety or depression, or seeking personal growth, I am here to help you gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
My Therapeutic Philosophy
I am passionate about creating meaningful connections with my clients and tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
My approach combines the best aspects of traditional therapy with a life-coaching mindset, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personal goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. While offering the support and structure of psychotherapy, I also emphasize actionable steps, resilience, and empowerment in daily life.
In addition to English, I am fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, allowing me to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse clientele.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I’d love to support you. Feel free to reach out to learn more about how we can work together.
