I provide face-to-face sessions in a comfortable, private setting at my Las Vegas office. In-person appointments allow for direct interaction in a safe, dedicated therapeutic space.
For those who prefer or require remote services, I offer convenient online therapy options. Telehealth appointments provide the same quality of care while eliminating travel time and transportation barriers.
My approach combines the best aspects of traditional therapy with a life-coaching mindset, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personal goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change. While offering the support and structure of psychotherapy, I also emphasize actionable steps, resilience, and empowerment in daily life.
